Total Home Inspections goes above and beyond TREC requirements and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Flir Infrared cameras are used to see the temperatures of the house appliances, insulation, and electrical. Drones are also used to inspect the roofs if needed. Both of these practices are extra steps Total Home Inspection takes beyond TREC's requirements.
Total Home Inspections delivers reports on the same day as the inspection and includes an additional summary page of deficient items.
